16 people died and more than 80 were injured when the deadliest Palestinian attack hit two Israeli buses in Beersheva.
The bombings were followed by widespread international condemnation and concern.
The action of the Israeli army came on Wednesday, when the home of one of two suicide bombers was blown up.
The two-storey house of Ahmad Qawasmeh, 22, was dynamited on Wednesday, and the army prepared to blow up the house of Nassim Jabari, also 22, an AFP journalist said.
The two suicide bombers from the Islamist group Hamas blew themselves up on two Israeli buses full of people.
