Sos Peter Tubone & Sons Limited and Ms Balikwira General Works are accused of poor performance and defective work.
Sos Peter Tubone & Sons has to replace the wrong-fitting windows on a theatre at Buwenge Town Council health centre, while Balikwira General Works is accused of doing sub-standard work during construction of a health centre in Kyomya parish in Budondo, where the unfinished building is beginning to crack.
After the inspection of health centres had been carried out, the LC5 Chairman, Mr Fred Gume and the RDC, Mr Mugisha Muhwezi, ordered the District Tender Board to blacklist the two companies accusing them of doing slipshod work at health centres in the district.
