Construction companies learn and implement the McDonald's franchisee model of expansion, no longer focusing on the domestic market alone and forming joint ventures globally. German firms like Hochtief are already forming joint ventures with Indian companies, and companies like Hindustan Construction Company are also entering into such ventures to provide finance and insurance, getting technical assistance and manpower in return.
